Shipping Policy

How we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on kuycon.ae.

Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. Order processing

We aim to dispatch orders within up to 3 business days after cleared payment. Custom and bulk orders may take longer. You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

2. Where we ship

We ship to the destinations listed on our Delivery page. If your country is not listed, contact us — we may still be able to arrange delivery. See all destinations →

3. Delivery times

Total delivery time is order processing plus carrier transit. Estimated transit times from dispatch:

  • United Arab Emirates: 3–7 business days
  • Other GCC Countries: 5–10 business days

Estimates are in business days and exclude customs clearance, which is outside our control. The estimate for your address is confirmed at checkout.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, before payment, based on your destination and the shipping method you choose. All amounts are charged in the currency shown at checkout (AED).

5. Carrier and tracking

Every shipment is tracked and insured. The tracking number is emailed on dispatch and stays available on your order status page. Services by destination:

  • United Arab Emirates: Air Express door-to-door
  • Other GCC Countries: Air Express door-to-door

6. Duties and taxes

United Arab Emirates: For deliveries to addresses within the United Arab Emirates, shipments are generally supplied on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis under Incoterms® 2020. Shipping fees cover transportation and, where applicable, basic insurance only. UAE VAT (currently 5%) and any import duties, customs or clearance fees are not included and are payable by you to the courier or customs upon import.

Other GCC Countries: Import taxes and customs duties may apply and are payable upon delivery. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

7. Split shipments

Items in one order may be dispatched separately, at no extra shipping cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

8. Risk of loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to your address or collection point. Where the mandatory consumer law of your country passes that risk only once you take physical possession of the goods, that law applies.

For clarity, the carrier confirms delivery when its own tracking records the shipment as delivered to that address. The carrier's delivery record governs, in whatever form that carrier keeps it: a signature, a hand-over to a person at the address, a driver photograph, a GPS position, a delivery scan, or placement where you or your building asked the carrier to leave shipments (a porch, lobby, mailroom, parcel box, locker, concierge or other safe place). A hand-over to someone in your household, to your employer, to your building's reception, or to a neighbour who accepts the parcel at the address is delivery to you.

From that point the shipment is yours and at your risk. Section 10 covers damage or loss occurring before the carrier confirms delivery; we are not responsible for a parcel that is stolen, taken by someone else, mislaid or damaged afterwards, including theft from a doorway, hallway, porch or mailroom. If you believe the carrier's record is wrong, write to us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery: we open a trace with the carrier at our own cost and send you what the carrier provides. If the carrier finds the shipment was not delivered to the address on your order, we replace it or refund you in full. If the carrier's evidence shows it was delivered there, no refund or replacement is due under this policy. This does not affect any right you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Failed or refused delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. If a shipment is refused, returned because import taxes, duties or carrier fees were not paid, or not collected within the carrier's deadline, we may cancel the order and refund the item price minus our actual unrecoverable costs (outbound and return freight, storage and handling, and non-refundable customs charges). Evidence of those costs is provided on request.

10. Damage or loss in transit

Inspect your monitor within 48 hours of delivery and report transit damage, a wrong item or a fault in writing within 7 days. We arrange the replacement or refund at our cost; this does not limit your statutory rights. Returns & refunds →
